This page is a plain-language overview of the intended service model. The specific proposal and signed agreement control each project. The wording should receive legal review before commercial use.
Project scope and price
A simple one-page website starts at €200. Scope, price, approvals, and special functionality are written down before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope receives a separate quote.
12 free months
At no extra cost, the agreed website price includes 12 months of hosting, connection of an existing domain or one standard managed domain, and routine content care. This usually covers wording, supplied images, opening hours, addresses, menus, contact details, and publishing supplied blog posts.
Care limits
New page layouts, major design changes, full redesigns, complex integrations, large features, migrations, and source-code handover are not routine content care. Small features count as care only when Axvant confirms this in advance. One-off larger changes start at €30 and are confirmed before work begins.
Extended support and cancellation
After the 12 free months, extended support is optional. Hosting is €5 per month, a managed domain is €5 per month, and routine content care is €15 per month. Selecting all three gives a bundle price of €20 per month. Billing period, notice, and term are set in the individual agreement.
Domains and hosting
An existing domain can be connected. Axvant can also manage a standard domain. The proposal states who is registered as the domain holder, who pays ongoing domain costs, and what happens on termination or transfer.
Source code and self-hosting
The website is normally delivered as an Axvant-managed service. Self-hosting and source-code handover are available under separate handover terms and a one-time fee. The fee and technical handover scope are disclosed before the client agrees to the project.
Content and rights
Logos, photos, text, trademarks, and business materials supplied by the client remain the property of the client or relevant rights holder. The client confirms it may use those materials. Axvant retains rights to its source code, reusable components, and technical systems unless a different written handover is agreed.
Project examples
Axvant publishes client names, screenshots, statements, or project outcomes only with appropriate permission. Examples may be used only when they contain no confidential or identifying information.
